Those who would like to present a contributed talk at the conference, or attend it without giving a talk, are kindly requested to fill in the application form below. Due to constraints on the size of the conference facilities, as well as natural time restrictions, the number of contributed talks (and participants without a talk) is somewhat limited.

Filling in the application form does not guarantee participation in the conference. In compliance with the standard practice of the Center, the final decision on the acceptance to the course (=conference) will be made later by the Organizing Committee and the Board of Directors of the Center.
